International Regulatory Activity

Decisions and policies from global regulatory bodies have become increasingly influential for food supplement companies. Such bodies include Codex Alimentarius, the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO). IADSA works closely with these international bodies to ensure that the views of the food supplement industry are considered in the development of policy.

In particular, IADSA actively participates in Codex meetings, and monitors developments in WHO and FAO.
